How to Join

Getting on the IM Leagues Roster:

To get on the sports club roster, you must complete these 5 steps. 

Start sooner rather than later as some steps require etang approval!

• Step 1) Purchase $0 Sports Club Membership
  
  • Navigate to: https://shop.rs.berkeley.edu/membership/index
  • Choose “Sports Club Membership”
  • 1 semester = $50
  • Choose Fall 2024
  • Accept 2 waivers
  • Checkout

• Step 2) Medical Clearance (Must be done before Step 3 and 4!)
  
  • Upload PPE or HHR form to: https://etang.berkeley.edu/home.aspx
    • PPE – For new athletes or returning athletes not previous medically cleared: 
      • QRG-PPE-Form-23-24.pdf
    • HHR – For returning athletes that were medically cleared before
      • QRG – HHR Health History Form 23-24.pdf
• Step 3) Concussion Safety Training
  
  • Find instructions in Docusign packet sent to email after PPE/HHR has been approved
  • Check for email with subject: “Cal Sport Club Docusign Requirement”!
• Step 4: SC Authorization for Release of Health Information
  • Instructions in Docusign packet sent to email after PPE/HHR has been approved
  • Check for email with subject: “Cal Sport Club Docusign Requirement”!
  • NOTE: Enter student ID with two digits in the decimal place
• Step 5) Pay dues!!
  • $150 per semester / $250 per year
